It has been a while!!! A few things we have done as of late. Wow where to begin? The summer was full of Swimming fun, Lake fun, Dance classes, Fishing, Horses, Zoo trips and more!!! The girls have grown so much. I can't believe how much they are changing!

It has been a while!!! A few things we have done as of late. Wow where to begin? The summer was full of Swimming fun, Lake fun, Dance classes, Fishing, Horses, Zoo trips and more!!! The girls have grown so much. I can't believe how much they are changing!

Oakley and Emmeline are growing so fast. I can't Believe that Oakley is 5 years old and Emmeline is 1. They have grown so much in that last year.

Emmeline:
Emmeline is such a daddy's girl. She loves to go to Marc over anyone else. She is Jabbering up a storm with new sounds all the time. She Loves to play with Oakley and follow her around, which of course Oakley doesn't want all the time. She is such a joy to have in our Family's. Every animal she sees she holds out her hands and wants to hold it, even if it is 10 times her size. We went to see a horse and she wanted it so bad. It was so cute. She is moving around the house so much. Not walking just yet but pulling herself up on everything. Emmeline loves to be outside. She loves to go for Bike rides and walks. She also has her sisters love of the water. I can tell that Emmeline already looks up to her sister.

Oakley:
Oakley just finished Pre-school. Her Teacher Mrs. Hammer was a joy and Oakley loved going to school. Oakley has a growing love of Drawing. She loves Horses still and talks about getting a horse all the time. She Loves Bella her new puppy. She is a Cocker Spaniel. Oakley still loves to run and play outside and swim. She is such a smart little girl. She is always saying new things and Marc and I wonder where she heard it from and she just says.... I just thought it. She is as I always say, To smart for her own good. As right now Oakley says that when she grows up she wants to be an artists and a Paleontologist. She loves Dinosaurs and likes to watch Dinosaurs train on PBS. Oakley also loves to ride her bike and take the dogs for walks. Oakley is excited for the summer. She will be starting swimming lessons and also a dance class for the summer. She asked me every day when she starts. Oakley always knows how to bring joy, love and happiness into someones life.

All is going great for us and we look forward to more Happy times ahead with our little Family.

So for a Elders party they did a Family Pine Wood Derby Race. Oakley was excited. She and Marc made the car. Marc drew the car on paper to what Oakley wanted and then she colored it. So Marc cut and sanded the car and then Oakley painted the car and put stickers on it. She had so much fun watching the cars race. The over all Oakley's car gor 3rd place.

This is what Oakley looked like when her car came off the track and it looked like the pic above. She was not happy that Daddy altered her car. So it all came off again and she still got 3rd place.

They had no rules. Some people had so many weights on their cars. On person did a C2 cartridge. One had batteries for weight. It was fun racing them and seeing what everyone did.

At Aubree and Jason's Place for dinner with Ashley and Nate, Oakley got her first Riding lesson from Aubree. Oakley was so excited to ride the horses. She loved every min of it. Thanks to Aubree she got to ride both horses. Spring and Scenic. Both horses are great. Aubree has done a great job with them. She was so good with Oakley. Explaining different things. She talked to her about how to turn the horse, How to get them to go and stop, How to run and walk, How to brush them, How to warm up and cool down, and How to praise them. It was so fun to watch them out in the field and walk around with them. And as you can see in some photos. YES she is riding all by herself. She loved it. the giggling was so cute.
Thanks again Aubree for giving Oakley a Great time.

What a Wonderful 5 years.
Marc and I meet on a Blind date on April 15th 2005.
Marc and I were married August 5th 2005 in the Idaho Falls Temple.
Oakley joined our family May 24, 2006.
Emmeline joined us May 2, 2010.

I LOVE MY FAMILY!

Thank you Marc for all that you do. You have been such a great Husband and Father. I am so thankful I have you in my life. You have always been my support. Thank you for being my best Friend. We finally got our Fence done. Our yard is now all fenced in. The only thing to do next is to do the steps off the deck so that we can go into the back yard and play with out going out the front door. Marc has done such a wonderful job. I am so proud of my Man. He is done a fabulous job. I will get pictures of the done subject very soon. Thank you to Marc for a wonderful and fast job he has done. He is such a wonderful Husband. I love My Handy man.

My baby is 4 years old. I can't believe she is growing up. The time goes so fast. Before I had kids people always say, "They grow up so fast." "The time flies." I never believed it till Oakley came into our lives. I have loved seeing the growth she goes through. She is such a fast learner and Loves to learn new things. She is very smart and shows it everyday. I love my little Girl. She is such a joy to have around. She knows how to make you laugh.

We had such a nice day that Amanda and I took the kids to the park. They had so much fun. Oakley and Max loved the swings. Eli loved the slides and running around. Tried to get pictures of all three kids on the slides but you know how it goes trying to get three crazy kids to sit still for like 3 seconds. Very hard. But we all had a blast and keep looking forward to that wonderful warm weather.

So we ordered a new table back in Feb. yeah Feb!!! We got it today. So we got it for Easter. Well the day after. But still I'm so excited to finally have it and get ride of the redneck table we had.

I got these eggs for Oakley for Easter. They had a different Littlest Pet shop animal in each one. She got a dog, cat, chick, bunny, mouse, bumble bee.

These are our eggs. I found this cool idea online. you put the rubber bands on the egg and then dye them. You can take the bands off and put it in another color or leave it. Oakley had lots of fun coloring her eggs and coloring on them.

I had some extra money and wanted to get Marc something. I was trying to think of what to get for him. We had been going to Sports Authority and looking at the Snow boarding stuff and watching the sales they had. So I was watching the sales and went and bought the snow board that Marc wanted. I took Oakley up to Amanda and James to let the kids get a ride on the horses. Oakley was loving every minute of it. She was laughing and having fun. It was sunny but the wind was a cold one of course. Amanda and James have two horses, Jasper (white) and Chip (brown). Oakley loved both horses. James brother also brought their little miniature horse up also so the kids could ride. She is the little white one that Oakley is on.

We took a trip up to Green Canyon to go swimming and Oakley wanted to wear daddy hat. She was having fun playing with it and making faces. We had so much fun swimming. Oakley was having a blast and for sure didn't want to get out. She is like her mom and loves water. The water felt great to me. Able to relax in the warm water and watch Oakley and Marc play. It also was nice to feel like some weight was taken off my feet. We went to the store and got some lunchables. So after we went swimming we sat in the car and ate our lunchables and laughed and played in the car. Then off home.

Marc and I took Oakley skiing. She had so much fun. She was giggling like crazy. She was doing so wonderful also. She never fell. She was always telling Marc lets go. Keep moving. She was on the hill for almost 4 hours. For the night skiing Marc got only 3 runs in that night. It was so fun to watch her have so much fun. Just to see her so happy was so good. It is always a joy when you see your child so happy. Marc was also having so much fun. Enjoy the videos at the end. It is only a few of the many that we have.

After her bath Oakley likes to put on her Bath robe and hangout in it for a little. She also likes to put her hair in a towel like mom does when I get out of the shower.
One day I was putting Oakley's clothes away after doing Laundry and she saw her swimsuit in on her dresser and wanted to put it on. She had it on for almost the whole day. She was having so fun. She was pretending to swim on her bedroom floor. It was cute.

this was so cool. Marc made a snow ball and was throwing it in the air for Mason. He would bring it back to Marc. Also you can throw a ball of snow and he will bring it back to you. As long as he sees the place it lands. Other than that it is funny to watch him look for it.

This is our tree this year. We went to a tree farm that is not far from my parents house and walked around the land with all trees. We found this one and loved it. At the farm they cut about a foot off the ground so that the tree will grow back and it is not a waste. Very impressive I never knew you could do that. We had a Big and Beautiful tree this year.
Marc pulled Oakley around my parents yard for a little. After he helped dad chop some wood.

Oakley loved her big gifts. She was very excited. Like her Night gown.... I made it for her this year. She loved it. She picked the material her self. It has kittens on it.

Marc and Oakley got gloves to match. She is excited to play ball with daddy.

Baby number 2 is a little Girl. We are excited. Oakley is very happy to have a little sister. Everything is fine and the baby is looking great. We got a good picture of the baby. Very cute. We are excited and looking forward to having a new addition to the family.

So Marc and I went to the Temple tonight and Oakley went to Grandmas house to play. She had lots of fun reading and playing with the little white kitty. The little white kitty is a TY that my mom has that Oakley just loves. When we went to pick her up she was laying down with my mom and i went into the room and they were acting like they were asleep. But Oakley had this big grin on her face that you just knew she was about to blow any minute. She started to laugh really hard before I did anything. Then when we got home Oakley wanted a piece of gum. This is how the conversation went:

Oakley: I want a piece of gum.
Mom: Not tonight
Oakley: Please you said I could have one today.
Mom: It is to late to have it now you can have it tomorrow.
Oakley: I want gum. Just a little piece tonight.
Mom: Not tonight it is to late.
Oakley: Please I want one, just a little piece.
Mom: Well I want A million dollars.
Oakley: Well I don't have any pockets!!!!

Wow what a kid. I don't know were that came from. Marc and I couldn't stop laughing. I have never said that to her before. She just pulls these things out of no where.

Dad: I was thinking about going hunting tomorrow. What do you think?
Mom: I thought that we were going to go Hunt for a Christmas Tree?
Oakley: Daddy you can't shoot a Christmas Tree.

Oakley wanted Marc to take this picture of her and send it to me on my phone. I was out with the girls for the New Moon movie and our girls day out. She is getting to big, well she is still smaller than everyone else but she is growing. She is saying more and more new words. She is loving lots of different things. She still loves to read her books, play with her horses, play outside, and many more. She is getting better at coloring her pictures. She is getting better to stay in the lines. She gets her face really close to the page and she just concentrates so hard it is kind of funny to watch. She also likes to paint with the water colors. We are working on her ABC's and she is getting better every day. She can say her ABC's and it is funny to listen to her. I still have yet to get it on video. The moment i bring out the camera she just starts to pull funny faces. We are trying to get her better with individual letters. Getting her to recognize the different letters. She is good at her numbers. She can count all the way up to 12. Then she goes 14,16, 18. Marc and I was laughing that at least she got her even numbers. She is getting better at seeing the numbers and telling me what they are. She loves the Christmas lights. In the next couple weeks we will go drive around and go to Candy Cane Lane. She loves to see all the lights. She gets all excited and laughs and screams about all the lights. She loves to see all the moving deer. She was very excited to decorate the tree. (which Ill get pictures up soon.) She had lots of fun helping out. She also was a big helper in wrapping. We had to make sure everything was in the box so she didn't see it or she would say what it was. All our Christmas shopping is done and all wrapped. Oh wait I do have 4 more to wrap but that is it. Shopping done Thank goodness. We are excited to have baby number 2 on the way. I have been feeling good. Just getting heart burn every once in a while. And everyone knows that heart burn means lots of hair. Oakley had a whole head of hair so I hope this one is the same. We find out on the 16th what we are having. Wow that is one week away. I am 19 weeks today. Wow I can't believe it. We have everything we need for a girl because of Oakley of course. So if we have a girl we will be set. Oakley is wanting a baby sister. When ever we ask it is totally a girl. At first it was both. One day it would be a girl and the next it would be a boy. She is very excited. If we have a boy then we will have everything except we will have to get a whole new wardrobe. I'm very excited to use the new car seat and stroller we have. We got a sit and stand stroller. We are excited to add to the family. Im just trying to keep busy and get a few things done and organized so I don't have to do it later. All of us are Happy and Healthy. We are loving life.

Oakley got two new dresses and wanted to do a fashion show for them to show daddy. She had so much fun. We had Marc sit in the living room and we came in and Oakley did some spins and showed off her dresses. Marc was trying to get her to smile and she kept making funny faces. She said it is her funny face show also.

For Halloween we just went to some houses in our neighborhood. Oakley had a blast she was having fun. She would pick and choose which house she wanted to say Trick or Treat at. It was really funny to watch. There were a few houses that she wanted to go to the door all by herself. Now that was cute. She was Mittens from Bolt, the cat. Mason was Bolt!! :) We tried to tie Oakley to Mason but she didn't like that to much. :) Marc was an electrician. And Oakley made me a cat. I was painting her nose and I had some white paint on my finger and she put some on my nose. After we took Oakley out and about we came home and handed out our candy. We had a great night.

What a sweet deal!!! For our Leadership meeting when we went to Utah we got to go and do some Dream building. We got to go see Lennon Ledbetter's house. WOW!!!! What a joy. This place is big and I mean Big. What a beautiful house. So much space.

This is marc and I in front of the house. You can see Lennons Car. It is a Maserati.(I think that is how it is spelled.) Where the car is parked is were you drive to the back and take a left and then drive into the garage. To the right in the back is the swimming pool.
The swimming pool. It has a cover on it for the winter. And you are seeing the back of the house. The part that is sticking out closest to the pool is the small Ballroom.

This is for you guys!!! TWO big barbecues. I mean BIG!!!!

Yes this is a real phone booth from London. This one is for you Jared. That thing is so cool. They had to put it in the house before it was finished because it is so heavy.

This is the Theater room. The screen has a projector for it. Two rows of seat and the two big Love sacs in the front. Man I want one bad. I love moms but these are bigger than hers.

This is one of my Favorites in the house. I loved this room. It was all this dark wood. It had floor to ceiling bookshelfs. This is the office/study room.

Had beautiful landscaping all over the land. We walked around and man there was alot. They have a fire pit, an amphitheater with cool pillars around it. There were I think 3 or 4 bridges that cross over the stream that runs across the land into a pond.

This is picture is above the entry way. When you go up the wooden spiral stairs to the top of the office and then out the door there you are above the entry way. You can walk around looking down. The door you can see just at the top of the stairs is the door to the elevator. The light in the upper right corner is one of the windows from the small Ballroom. You can look out over the room from right there.

Another of my Favorite rooms. This room just had the piano in it and a chair to sit and listen. I loved how it has all the windows to let in the natural light. It also has very high ceilings. We had the pleasure of hearing someone play in that room and Man did it sound so wonderful.

This is the chandelier in the Small Ballroom. Every room in the house has a Chandelier in it. Even the bathrooms. :)

This is the front of the house. You can see the big patio that is all granite. The little balcony that you see above the front door goes to right above the entry way. The glass doors that you can see go to a formal dinning area. It is just a long table in that room for lots of people to eat. On the right side of the door is the office/study room all dark wood.

There are so many more pictures that I have. They are next to the theater room is a bar that is the one that is from Cheers the show. It is the real thing. :) It has places for soda and ice cream. Really cool. Also I have more pictures of the land. It was such a wonderful time to get to see it and have so much fun. They also have a Large Ballroom, which is very large i might add. Also Lennons bedroom and bathroom and His and Her closets were amazing. The whole place has to much space for me but there were so many things that I loved about it that I would totally put into my house when Marc and I build it. Have fun dreaming and always remember Dreams are given to us for a reason. Why would our Heavenly Father give us dreams in our heart and not provide a way to achieve them. Just remember what ever you put your heart and mind to you can get.

We are still alive. Marc has been working hard at work and getting new qualifications done and passing his tests. He has also been doing some Hunting. He has gone up by Palisades looking for Elk and he has been up to Spencer with James looking for deer and Elk for James. They had a long day with James's horses and seeing elk. They have some good stories from that. Also very sore the day after. That was funny.
Oakley has been doing wonderful. She is talking more clear and coming up with the most amazing things and funny also at times. Just the other day she was making up songs. We saw a dump truck full of dirt and weeds. She started to sing about that and all the sudden she started saying lots of dirt, lots of weeds, lots of poop, lots of potty, lots of toilets. I was trying so hard not to laugh. She just kept going. She would say lots of what ever she saw on the side of the road. She is finally getting into her size of clothes. she is getting into the 3T and 4T. She got a good growth spurt this year. She is way to smart for her own good.
I have been working on keeping the house up and clean and in order. I have been working on crafts for Christmas and trying to get caught up on my scrap book. Been keeping Oakley in order. Making sure she is doing what she needs to be doing. She is being a big helper around the house. Been trying not to gain anymore weight. Trying to watch what I eat. With all the grease bothering me and not being able to eat it I have been doing good. I lost 4 lbs in the last 4 weeks. My gag reflex is acting up and im not liking that. Smells are really bothering me at the moment. I lost it for the first time this morning. Had no food so that made it worse. Then my stomach muscles were killing me. Doing good now. I have about 2 more weeks and I should be doing better. They say the 2nd tri is better. Plus Oakley is to far to remember everything. I keep remembering things as they happen. So I guess my mind is not all gone.
We are all doing good. Living life and waiting for our new arrival. We will know what we are having before Christmas. We are excited and Oakley is loving it. She always wants to feel my stomach to feel the baby. Then she gets this look on her face that is priceless. Also she walks around the house saying the baby due date is May 5th. At the moment she wants a baby sister.

We are loving life and very excited. Family is great.

Some things that have been happening this summer. It has been a fun filled summer. Lots of Family and Friends. This summer we also lost our Grandmother Marian Chaffin. We will miss her but know she is in a better place.

Here are some things that happened this summer.

At the end of the last meeting they did a special thing. Curtis wife Virgina who is the one who started the Team Builders would always do this tradition. It was the 50 year celebration. She would have a cake and everyone in the room would get a candle and they light one and then that one passed on the flame to the rest then they put the candle on the cake. To show that one candle will always last. By sharing its flame with others it lives on. And then we sang America the Beautiful.

Our Trip to California was such a blast. Late nights with Great friends. Long days with fun filled meetings. We had so much fun. I am so glad that we went to Spring Training. It was a weekend filled with information and emotion. My brain is still trying to take it all in. I wish I could have recorded the whole thing so that I can play it over and over just so I wont forget it all. I am so glad that Marc and I have this Business. It has made a difference in our lives. We have made wonder friendships and will have many more to come. We have become closer to one another and we are both very happy. This is such a wonderful opportunity for us and can't wait to get the business growing bigger and bigger. I can't wait till the day that Marc will be able to stay home and not have to go to work. We are working on our goals and dreams can can't wait to help other people with their dreams and goals. I want to see others happy and be able to share so much with them. I am so thankful for Marc and Oakley and they are one of my Major factors for pushing this. I love my family so much and and thankful for them and all they do for us.
As Lennon says "We build Teams and Live Dreams."

Conference Weekend

We walked through Temple Square on the way back to the car. We went up to get a picture of Christ for Oakley. She loves the one in Idaho Falls and Always want to go see it when we drive by.

Conference Marc and I were able to go to the Sunday afternoon session. It was great. It was the first time Marc was in the Conference center for a session and the second time for me. It was a great weekend. We left Oakley with Grandma and Grandpa Chaffin Saturday night and Marc and I got up Sunday morning and went to Utah. We went to Rick and Melissa Caywood's home for the morning session and then off to the second session. After the session we went to Fati and Becky's home and then off to Idaho to pick up our little one. It was a great day for Marc and I. Just able to spend time with one another and do what we wanted to do.

I am so thankful that I have Marc. I am so thankful that we were married in the Temple. We are an eternal family and Oakley is sealed to us. I love my best friend and wouldn't trade him for anything. I love my Family. The joy they bring into my life is the best.

I love you Marc. Thank you for being my best friend and my support in all things.

It is hard to believe that my little girl will be Three this year. It seams like yesterday that she was turning One. I am so glad that she is part of our Family. She is learning so much everyday and it amazes me how smart they are at that age.
She is letting me do more things with her hair like curling it and playing with it. I have lots of fun with that one. She is Letting me dress her up a little more for church also. Now that we have church at 1 I have more time which helps.

Life is going great for us. We are loving life and enjoying the Sun starting to come out more. We are ready for the Warm. I think Mason is also. We went for a walk today and Mason was loving that. So Marc and I are trying to get Oakley to sleep in her own bed by herself. We have tried different things. Two nights ago we left her light on and that seamed to help. Well last night Marc put Oakley in bed and I could hear him talking to her. I couldn't hear what he was saying. Marc came into our room and told me that Oakley asked for a blessing. He told me she put her hands on her forehead and wanted Marc to put his hands there. He asked if you was warm and she said no pray. At that point he understood what she was saying. So he gave her a blessing to help her sleep in her bed. It was so sweet. She also wanted Marc to sing to her the song "Teach me to walk in the light". It amazes me what my little girl knows. Every night as we are getting ready for bed she is always saying Family prayer. I am so grateful for the wonderful Family that I have. I am grateful for the wonderful Husband that I have been blessed with and Oakley and her wonderful spirit.

I took a video and got her to talk about it. You can see how cute she is. I am having trouble with the video so I will upload it later.

Either Everyone hates me and wants nothing from me thinking I have no talent or NO ONE in the world Cares.... I hate it.... I feel like a Loser and NO ONE wants to look at my blog.... Oakley is becoming a big girl. She wants me to do her hair by curling it. Which is just so cute. She is also such a cutie when it comes to babies. She is going to be such a good big sister when the time comes. (NO I'm not making any announcements)
She is loving to help around the house. She wants to help cook, clean, and much more. She is such a joy to have in our home and that joy is just filling our home. She is saying more sentences and loves to say the prayer. She is starting to sing in church which is so cute. She also is starting to read books to us... That is right... The other night Marc brought her into our room and she read a book to us. It was the Polar Bear Polar Bear what do you hear. I wanted to cry. She is growing so fast.

FUN IN THE SNOW

Here is our Snow Family....
Marc Oakley and I loved playing in the snow. We made a snow family... Marc did a great job of making Nala and Mason. I wish you could see the detail better. He is really good at that. Oakley and I and Mason also loved to run in the snow. I pulled Oakley around in the snow on her sled and then she also was walking around and climbing hills. We had fun.

Christmas and New Years Eve 2008

This Holiday season was a blast.
We had the Chaffin Christmas Eve party(a little early to make sure everyone could make it.) We had food and games. That was a blast. The kids were all over Grandma Chaffin house but it was a blast to have everyone there. We did miss Tylan.
Marc and I were able to go to St. George for Christmas to spend with his family. Marc's parents got a vacation house for the family. It was great to have everyone there. We missed Rob and Stephen. It was a lot of fun. We did a Nativity with the kids and Grandpa Caywood read out of the scriptures to narrate. The kids did great. A little chaos but it was fun. The kids loved to run all over the two story house and play with each other. There were many games and just noise of happiness. Marc and I were able to go to the St. George Temple and that was just wonderful. It was Beautiful. Of course us girls did some shopping and couldn't miss going to the DI. I found some Great deals. We had a great trip. When we got up Saturday morning to come home Oakley threw up. On the way home she threw up more than once. Good thing i had a tupperware container. Nothing got in the car just on a blanket and her a little, and it only lasted a couple hours till i could get food in her. We did have a little scar on the way home in Salt Lake but we made it home in one peice. (want to know that story you have to ask!!!)

New years we went to Terry and Trina's house and had a blast. There were games and Food Food Food. Guys had two games of Pinochle. We played Pictionary twice and had way to much fun. We ran in the new year with a Toast.

Thanks to everyone for the Great Holiday and gifts. We loved every minute of the Holiday.

We had a lot of fun for Thanksgiving. Mom and Dad went to the condo early. Amanda and I went up early on Wed to play. James and Marc came after work. Amanda, Me, Mom and Dad took the kids swimming. Lots of fun. Thursday was fun. Terry and Trina came up and the kids loved playing together. We all went swimming. Friday Mom, Dad, Marc, Me and Oakley drove to West Yellowstone and goofed off. It was fun. We drove by Henry's Lake and viewed some of the houses. We went to the wells cabin to check it out. The view was wonderful. The whole trip was a blast.
Thanksgiving was a blast.

TERRIFYING and INTENSE HORROR

This weekend Mason had a horrible accident. He jumped out of the back of Dennis's truck. We were going 50 miles an hour and he was drug behind the truck till we stopped, not a long distance but enough. It was hard. there was blood every were. One of the hard things is I can still see it in my head. Him jumping out and trying to get him out from under the truck. I was the first one to him. I was a mess myself. I was shaking in a bad way. Marc and someone else, who stopped to see if we were ok and if we needed help, helped me into the back of the truck. I sat with him and held him while Marc drove to the Vet. We took him to the vet and he did a great job with the help of his wife. We are so lucky to have him. He has road rash all over. He fractured his nail and it was bleeding badly (thats the red bandage) He has a tight fracture in his hip. Lucky that will heal on its own no need to pin or cast. He will be sore for a while and he is slow. Totally not himself.

We are so blessed to have him.

Kaeli Jensen and Due West Concert!!!

This weekend we were able to go to Montpelier to visit family. Bonnie got tickets to the Due West Concert. It was a blast.
